I have never wrote a review but I think this time this place deserves it. Never had a bad experience going to this location since I've been in the area for about 5 years now. But today I can say I had one of the best experiences by far ! Walked in to get what some groceries and as usual the manager of the store walking around making sure everything is fine. The times I have seen him always says hello and makes sure I have found everything as well as the families around . Very kind !!! When I get to the cash register and I was about to pay the cashiers looks at me and said "No you are not paying for your groceries " I look at him a bit confused because I didn't understand what was going on. Then he proceeds to pull out money from his own pocket and paid for my groceries! I don't even know if i said thank you to him because I was so in shocked and couldn't believe what was happening! I want to say I am truly thankful for that men. He definitely made my day

This highly rated review is for an employee who works at this location. His name is Jimmy. I want this entire location to acknowledge this young man for his honorable act. Last week I went to go fill up my water jugs at the local water shop by the stater bros. I was waiting to use the self serving water station when I noticed a car pull up next to mine. I noticed 2 men sitting inside the car just watching me for a little while. I want to mention my kids were also in the car while I was standing out. Once I noticed these men looking at me and they started to get out of the car while eyeing me, I opened my car door and told my kid to lock to doors and stay inside. By this time the 2 men started to approach me really close and speaking Spanish. This man jimmy noticed this situation and came right over to me right away. The men saw him come near me to help protect me and /or my kids and they kept walking passed us. They started to walk away. Then jimmy stuck near me so I could get my waters from inside the water dispenser and watched me put it away while the men continued to watch me also. Then they started to walk back towards us and jimmy remained close to me and waited for them to continue to leave completely and watched me leave to avoid any further issues. I'm not saying they were targeting me directly or my children or if it was an innocent misunderstanding and they were just there but the facts are jimmy acknowledged this situation and came to my help! He helped saved me and my kids from what could have been a really really bad situation! He deserves all the praise and acknowledgment of this! Thank you sir! I feel safer walking the parking lot with a man like you protecting all the customers, women and children!!!

We visited the newly revised Stater Bros market on La Sierra near Five Points, in Riverside and were very pleased with their new sushi bar offerings. We were impressed with both the service and the food. Equally surprising was the authentic sushi chefs preparing the rolls, all at very reasonable prices and with good variety and freshness. If you're in the mood for sushi and not high prices but everything else you'd expect then make sure to visit.

I recently started shopping at this new Stater Bros location and the last time I went in I received wonderful customer service from a young lady named Andrea S. She was very attentive and diligent while I was trying to get familiar with this new store. Great customer service from her, definitely will be coming back.
